Brian here! We’re back for Strange New Worlds! This time out, LT and I talk through Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, S2E3 titled Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow. This episode was written by David Reed and directed by Amanda Row. Overall, though we liked the episode, we both rated it the lowest episode so far. We both had some issues with the problematic aspects of the implications to the timeline. Enjoy!
The Star Trek Picard Cast is a new podcast on Talk Through Media. We will do in-depth discussions about Star Trek: Picard, the new CBS All Access series that is set to premiere on January 23, 2020. It will also be shown on Space and Crave TV in Canada, and Amazon Prime everywhere else. We’re Brian Meloche and Ruthie Rink; we’re two long-time Star Trek fans, especially of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Each episode, we will analyze the story, characters, and the show’s placement both within the Trek universe and the continuation of the life of legendary Federation Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Our listeners are very important to us. Your feedback will be an essential part of this podcast, just like it is on The Star Trek Discovery Podcast now! Thanks for listening!
Brian here! We’re back for Strange New Worlds! LT and I talk through the season premiere of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, S2E1 titled The Broken Circle. While we both enjoyed it, LT gave it his lowest rating of the series so far. I liked it a little more than he did but still thought it disappointing because there was not enough of Pike in the episode.
